Hi my dear friends, it's always good to practice a sport or do a physical activiy even it's hot, cold or humidity. In my case I'm very fond of sport and so and now I would like to speak about YOGA and more specifically BIKRAM YOGA because we can practise it in a hot weather or any other weather condition. Tell me your opinion after, please.

Bikram yoga has become a "must" nowadays but what is the secret of its success?
We could say that it is for everybody and with spectacular results!
Despite the fact that Bikram Yoga is practised at about 40 centigrade Degrees and a lot of humidity (42%), there are more and more followers everyday.
"The Asanas" or "positions" that are practised in Traditional Yoga are the same than in Bikram Yoga or Hatha Yoga. The difference is that Bikram Yoga is practised in a hot atmosphere and so you tone up all your body and the "Asanas" are designed for this purpose. Your body eliminates toxines obtaining at the same time, healing results!
